How do I verify my Bit2Me account? Step by Step…

Before you start buying and selling cryptocurrencies on our platform, you need to register by following these steps: 

1. Access to Bit2me through the mobile app or vía the website. If you're accessing from the web, click on the  Register  button that you’ll find at the top of the page.
   
   
2. You can register by automatically linking your email by clicking on the option to sign up with Google or Apple, or manually enter the email you want to register with and a personal, secure password by clicking the button  Continue with email . Select whether the account you are registering is Individual or Business and confirm by clicking  Sign up .
   
   
3. Read the terms and conditions carefully and click the button  I accept the terms and conditions to continue with the registration process.
   
   
4. By accepting the terms and conditions an email will be sent automatically to the email address you registered with to verify and confirm it.  Go to the inbox of the registered email and confirm the registration by clicking the button  Confirm email . If you do not receive the email after a few minutes, check your Spam or Promotions folder.
   
   
5. Once the email is verified, you need to link your mobile phone. Click on the dropdown to select your country code, then enter your phone number. Click the button   Receive SMS  to receive the four-digit verification code on your mobile and enter it in the designated field. Once recognized by the system, your phone will be verified.
   
6. On the next screen, you will be asked for residency information. You must provide: nationality, country of habitual residence, and residential address. Once the information is entered, click on  Continue .
   
   
7. Next, you will be asked for personal information which you must enter in each field: First name, First surname, Second surname, and Date of birth. Click on   Continue .
   
   
8. On the next screen, you need to provide your  ID document details  you will use to register: issuing country, document type, document number, and expiration date. Click on  Continue .
   
   
9. In the final part of the questionnaire, you will need to provide information about your account which is requested to enhance the security of your account. Complete the questionnaire and click on   Continue .
   
   
10. The final step is the identity verification. Read the instructions on the first screen carefully and click on Verify my identity:
    
    

• If you are completing the verification from a computer, you will need to continue the process on a mobile device by scanning the QR code that will appear on the screen.
